Refund policy
Something doesn't meet your expectations? We pride on our customer satisfaction and we'll gladly accept returns/exchanges on any merchandise that remains in its original and unused condition along with all packaging. Unfortunately coffee beans are non-returnable due to their perishable nature.
Steps for your return:
- Please email hello@cafeadvocate.com within 2 days of receiving your order. Please place your order number and name for our tracking purposes.
- If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please include photos and a detailed description in your email, and we'll get started on your exchange or replacement order ASAP.
- Cafe Advocate will issue a number to track your return
- Upon acknowledgement of your return you have 10 days to ship your return to us. Please note that all returns that are not shipped within the time frame, will only be considered for store credit, and no refund will be given.
- IF SO: We will issue a return label. Please return your product(s) in its original packaging and secure the package properly, as you can see all items are shipped with care as they are fragile, ensuring that the shipment is carefully packed, as we're unable to process refunds on items that arrive broken.
- Refunds are applied to returned products only, and do not cover any original shipping fees. As we are a new and growing business, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and it will be deducted from your total refund.
- If the item(s) are returned for an exchange, we will provide a return shipping label to you, however you will be responsible of the shipping cost
- Upon acceptance of the merchandise for return, we will process your refund within 10 business days, credit will be issued to the original form of payment.
Items that appear used upon inspection are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
